These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "User") and Tri County AI Solutions LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("BlueprintHQ", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of:

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at hello@getblueprinthq.com.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You may not create accounts using false identities, impersonate others, or share your account with anyone outside your invited team.
If you invite team members (subs, field crew, etc.) to your company account, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms. Each invited user creates their own login but operates within the permissions you assign them.
BlueprintHQ offers tiered subscriptions:
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to paid and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store (iOS users) or Google Play (Android users) under their respective terms of service. We do not process or store your payment information directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate. You will not receive a renewal reminder. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime:

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund:
We may change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect on their account, and may cancel before the change applies.
You retain all ownership rights in any blueprints, photos, projects, or other content you upload to BlueprintHQ ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your invited team members. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with no refund.
The BlueprintHQ name, logo, software, design, and all related materials are the property of Tri County AI Solutions LLC and are protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
We strive to keep BlueprintHQ available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We are not liable for downtime, but if we experience extended outages affecting paid subscribers, we may issue service credits at our discretion.
You can terminate your account anytime by canceling your subscription (see Section 4.5) and emailing hello@getblueprinthq.com to request data deletion. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, etc.) will continue to apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
BlueprintHQ is a tool for sharing construction documents. You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of construction plans and complying with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and professional standards. We are not responsible for construction outcomes, professional liability, or any decisions made based on documents shared through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tri County AI Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLean County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Alternatively, at your option, you may submit any dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Bloomington, Illinois (or remotely if both parties agree).
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
